Craig Strang

Craig Strang is associate director of Lawrence Hall of Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Strand leads the Learning and Teaching Group at the Hall, and is also founding director of MARE: Marine Activities, Resources & Education, a nationwide, award-winning K–8 professional learning and curriculum development program. He is also co-lead of BaySci, a California statewide initiative to help support district-wide capacity building for the implementation of high-quality STEM education and environmental literacy, and BEETLES: Better Environmental Education Teaching, Learning & Expertise Sharing.
