As the Environmental Education Program Manager at The Nature Conservancy, Diego designs and implements programs to ensure equitable access to the outdoors. His passion is developing future conservation leaders and providing youth with the resources they need for environmental action.
Over the last six years he has worked with communities and diverse environmental agencies to provide culturally competent outdoor opportunities and field trips to urban parks and open spaces. He manages partnerships with stakeholders to develop nature conservation curriculum using science, education, action, and advocacy.
